We Make The Space Work
Text and artworks created to accompany my first solo exhibition ‘We Make The Space Work’. This zine reflects on the ways in which we as queer people inhabit space, create space, navigate the challenges of spaces in a heteronormative society. The impact of space we must contort ourselves to fit into and space that embraces us unequovically. It won ‘Runner Up’ for Best Narrative Zine at the Auckland Zinefest 2024 awards.
